B2B Shipping & Delivery Policy
Order Processing Orders are processed within 3–5 business days after order confirmation and payment clearance. Custom or large-volume orders may require additional lead time, which will be confirmed at the time of quotation.
Shipping Methods We ship worldwide via reputable international freight carriers. Shipping method, carrier, and estimated transit time will be confirmed with your quotation based on order volume, destination, and your preferred incoterms (FOB, CIF, EXW, etc.).
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated based on order volume, weight, and destination. A freight estimate will be provided with your quote. For high-volume orders, we can coordinate with your freight forwarder.
Customs & Import Duties International buyers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees applicable in their country. We will provide accurate commercial invoices and packing lists to facilitate smooth customs clearance.
Delivery Timeframes
Taiwan domestic: 2–5 business days
Asia-Pacific: 5–14 business days
Other international: 10–21 business days (varies by destination and shipping method)
Tracking Once your shipment is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email within 1 business day.
